Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business! Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns for candles that have been lit, used, or show any signs of wear. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses, or any other non-shipping-related concerns.

Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the following:

  1. The damaged candle or product

  2. The shipping box, including all sides

  3. All packing materials inside the box

This proof is required to file a claim with the carrier. Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item(s) at no cost. No refunds, credits, or substitutions will be provided.
